Shipping
All jewelry is handmade to order. All orders are sent through USPS Priority and will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery after payment is received. Shipping generally will take an additional 3-5 business days. For RUSH orders please contact me directly for details. After your jewelry is shipped out you will receive an email containing your shipping confirmation information.
Ordering
Orders are securely placed through PayPal and MasterCard & Visa credit cards are accepted. If you prefer to send a money order, cashiers check, or personal check, please contact me to make special arrangements. I am more then happy to accommodate to your special needs. Please allow 10 business days for personal checks to clear before items are to be shipped.
International Orders
My shopping cart is currently configured for users who are billing and shipping their orders within the United States. However, I am more than happy to work with our International shoppers by contacting me directly with the product you are interested in. I will confirm the initial transaction details and complete the approval to purchase prior to shipping
Custom Ordering
Please contact me directly prior to ordering so I can ensure your requests. Please realize that special orders are outside the scope of regular designer production and therefore, may take longer (or with luck, could be in stock). Special orders are non-returnable (both non-refundable and non-exchangeable from the time the order is placed).
Orders Not Fulfilled
Occasionally, we may have just sold an item which you ordered, and have not had time to take it off my website. I apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience, but I will contact you to see if you would like a substitution, special order, or just a cancellation. Additionally, I reserve the right to not fulfill any order of an item listed in error.
Return Policy
All special and custom orders are non-returnable. All other items must be returned within 15 days of receipt unworn, in original jewelry pouch/box, sent securely with tracking information and insurance. I will not be responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during shipping process and I will not be responsible for any shipping costs.
Damage/Repair Policy
Please contact me immediately within 15 days of receipt for any damaged items and I will repair and ship back the item to you at no cost. After 15 days, depending on the damage, a small repair charge will be added. Please contact for repair estimation (price and time). I will provide a return address for you to mail your secured and insured package item to. I will not be responsible for any shipping costs or lost packages. Please make sure to send all remaining pieces along with a shipping address.
Final Sale Merchandise
No returns will be accepted on Final Sale Merchandise. Final Sale Merchandise will be identified on the product page of the website. It is also identified in the confirmation email and the packing slip.
